Embellishments are the key to a great card.  At least that is always my philosophy.  As you can see in my most recent cards, bright, beautiful colors make a card noticeable.  Who wouldn't love to receive a gorgeous card like this for their birthday?

Unique Handmade Birthday Cards You Can't Miss!

It is always my goal to bring you new and colorful designs in all my cards.  Birthday cards are one of my favorite cards to create.  I get to stretch my creativity with each one.  Even though some may be of similar design or style, I try to make each card stand out from the next so that they are all unique.

Online shopping is the most convenient form of shopping today.  It has become more popular over the years.  This form of shopping provides a way for each of us to take our time when shopping for gifts for the special people in our lives.  Why not shop for greeting cards the same way?

One thing I hate is standing in the card and being overwhelmed by all the different cards that are available.  They seem so impersonal, but we have all stood in that isle at one point.  Imagine shopping online for your special greeting cards.  Not only are handmade cards more personal, but they provide you with a wider, more unique variety of dimensions.

Because I purchase all my supplies in bulk and on sale, I am able to make larger quantities of cards for a reasonable price.  If you have ever shopped for card making or scrapbook supplies, you know that they are super expensive.  When you start adding in tools, stamps, dies and embellishments, it is possible to spend more on making a card than buying a gift.  That is why I am here.  I can provide the affordability for the look of that expensive card.

Colorful Selection of Handmade Birthday Cards

The new selection of cards soon available from Kimberz Kreations is made with superior quality products.  Paper, ink, embellishments and stamps used on each card are carefully chosen so that a quality product is made available to you.

Each card measures 5" x 6.5-7" (12.7cm-16.5cm).

The inside of the cards have a stamped sentiment.  Examples of the sentiments used are:

·        I can’t think of a nicer person to celebrate.

·        Horns to blow, and bright balloons, lots of presents, happy tunes!  Ice cream, cake and candles too—birthday wishes just for you!

·        May your birthday bring life’s true gifts-good health, friendships and love

·        May your birthday be as special as you are!

Custom cards are not currently available.  I am hoping to add them in the future.

New Birthday Card Set Available Soon!

Why spend your precious time in the card isle at the local discount or grocery store to pick out printed, non-personal cards for your loved ones?  Yes, you can find some pretty cards that will do in a pinch, but they all seem so plain.  There is rarely anything different from the card next to it.  This is the reason that I started Kimberz Kreations.

We all love to receive gifts from others that have been handmade.  We think of the time and care they took in making it.  Why not give the same feeling with a personalized card?

Greeting cards are a great way to put a smile on someone's face.  It doesn't even have to be a special occasion.  Just a little hello to let them know you are thinking of them.

Each card I design and assemble is made with that same love and care.  No one card is perfect, but they are perfectly imperfect.  Each imperfection shows that human hands touched each part of the card in it's making.

News on Our Grand Re-Opening

The time has nearly arrived!

I was hoping to have everything up and running by the first of March.  As the days passed quicker than ever, I realized that I am but one person wearing several different hats.  I am a wife, mother to a college senior, Cat Mama to 5 fur-babies, chef, housekeeper, etc., etc., etc.  The list just goes on.

I remember while growing up hearing all the "old" people discuss how time passes so much faster the older that you get.  I did not understand at the time, but I am beginning to now!  It feels like I move slower than ever and the days just zoom right past me.  It is crazy!

I digress.

I assure you that the grand re-opening is coming very soon.  I have hundreds of thank you and birthday cards ready.  I even managed to get everything photographed.  Now I am working on cleaning up my online store so that the listing can begin.  I am so excited.

Birthday Card Selection for Women, Men and Children

Birthday Cards are so fun to design and assemble for me.  I love all the textures, colors, embellishments and layers.  Each new birthday card set I will available in the beginning will include a variety such as pictured. 

I hope to have all my cards available very soon.  I cannot wait to hear feedback from my customers.

Spring designs are now available in the Thank You Card Collection.  These cards are blank inside so that they are versatile enough to use with anyone you choose to give a card to.

Exciting News!! This Can't Wait!

It can never be said enough; Thank You!  Don't forget to tell people in your life, "Thank You". 

It is often thought but not always said.  I created this collection to be sure that everyone has the opportunity not only to say Thank You, but to receive a Thank You too.

I wanted to bring color to this collection.  With spring right around the corner, this particular set made me feel warm inside.  Thoughts of spring flowers and summer beach days swirled in my head. 

Work has never been what I call my job.  Creating!  That is what I do for a living.

This is one of my favorite sets in my Thank You Collection.  I love the variety of colors.

There is still so much more to come in this collection.  I am excited to be able to make them available for sale online soon.

In redesigning my cards and blog, I have chosen to take this time out to redesign my Ebay store as well.  I will be opening an Etsy store soon.  This will provide you with multiple options for purchasing a vast selection of my cards.

More Thank You's For You

Today I am presenting you with another peek at the new Thank You Card Collection.

For all my customers and friends, I thought that there was no better way to say thank you for your patience through my long move than to provide you with new designs of thank you cards. I hope you enjoy them as much as I enjoyed creating them.

This set of Boho-style cards made me stretch my creative ideas.  I am a designer who enjoys color (immensely), but I have never been crazy about paisley or the boho style.  I must admit that I struggled at first, but the finished product is making me rethink my bias.

Always remember to be as creative as you can be.  Many studies have shown that keeping the mind working with hobbies such as reading, painting or any kind of creative endeavor helps you live a longer, healthier life.

Each of us has a creative streak (even when we question it).  See what you can create today.
